Books By Unknown Authors

There are many wonderful books out there, by Authors who don’t make the top reading list their first time out. Here are just a few that I’ve read or ran across in the past ten years. You can find all of them over the Internet it you take the time to look for them. We’ve all read Twilight, and Harry Potter and they are both by wonderful authors.

They are both by authors who woke up one day with an idea, or a dream they couldn’t get out of their head. While others of us have three or four novels on paper or in copies around the world and for what ever the reason they don’t make it to the top of the lists.

Trust me I’m not taking anything away from these authors, no one could. I’ve read their books bought them for my daughters, and sons. I’ve read them over and over getting caught up in the lives of the characters all over again as I start to read the first page.

I would just like to help out the other authors that may naught get the chance to have a movie made out of their books. With that said, I have also lost myself in the adventures of the characters as they come to life from the pages of other books as well as I am sure you all have, and I’m sure I’m over looking many authors out there, who I have not been able to get a hold of their books, or just haven’t ran across them as of yet. For this I apologize, and hope I will soon be able to read their books also. I’ve decided to stick to mysteries for this article, and here are the books I’ve read and encourage other readers to look for, or ask about in their local libraries.

The first author I would like to introduce you to is, Phillip DePoy, he has written two great series. His first series is the Flap Tucker mysteries, which is about a southern P.I. The second series is about Fever Devilin this series is about a man who is a folklorist by inclination and profession; he was born and raised amongst the hill country folk of the Georgia Appalachians. The second author I would like to introduce to my article is Kris Neri. She has also written a couple of mysteries series. She is the author of the Tracy Eaton mysteries, and if you were into lighthearted laughter along with your mysteries, she would be a great read for you. I enjoyed the laughs as well as the mysteries Tracy stumbled in and out of. She also writes a series on mystery/urban fantasy, which is about a fake psychic Samantha Brennan and genuine Celtic goddess/FBI agent Annabelle Haggery. The next author I’m writing about writes under two names S. D. Tooley, and Lee Driver, although I haven’t had a chance to read the books by Sandra I have read the Lee Driver series of Chase Dagger Mysteries. I love the character of Sara Morningstar who is a shape shifter and Chase Dagger’s assistant. I’m also looking forward to reading the other books she has written under S. D. Tooley. The last one I’m going to mention is also the newest one I’ve ran across and yes it is another author who writes mysteries. Her name is Shirley Samsgaard and her mysteries are about Ophelia and Abby and the mischief they wind up in, in a small town in Iowa while Ophelia comes to terms with being a witch. I only have a few and as you can see I stuck with mysteries and paranormal book authors today. There are so many unknown authors out there that have written a number of books. I just want to share some of them with others who might be interested in looking them up on the Internet. While looking for books and authors the other day I ran across a site that might interest other readers.
